DAMAX was conducted in six DREAMS ditricts namely Temeke, Kyela, Shinyanda, MC, Kahama TC, Ushetu, and Msalala.
The mapping study component addresses all specific focuses of the assessment, namely type of IGAs, Income and expenditure analysis, competition analysis, market analysis, financial and economic analysis, risk assessment and review of raw materials. It will be based on data generated from different primary and secondary sources.
The second phase seeks to understand in greater detail the nature of WORTH IGAs, factors affecting success and challenges, and policy relevant issues. In addition, we will gather information on their experience and kind of support they provide to their beneficiaries.
