DAMAX conducted an evaluation used both, quantitative and qualitative methods. A quantitative survey gathered information from: (mention all groups from which qualitative data were gathered from). Adolescent WRA aged 15-19 and WRA aged 20-49with child under the age of 24 months, male partners of WRA aged 15-49 with child under the age of 24 months, a parallel sample of adolescent girls and boys aged 15-19 without a child and; Key informants included RHMT and CHMT members, health facility governing committee and USR project staff, CHWs, service providers and community leaders. [KI3] Overall, the study team was able to conduct phone interviews of each study respondents in all selected 48 villages and reached a total of 904 respondents for household survey, 245 adolescent girls and 250 adolescent boys across all 4 USR selected districts. [KI4] All interviews were done via phones, only household listing were done physically by CHWs. Likewise, as part of ensuring gender responsiveness, the gender specialist worked closely with the data collection team to ensure equitable sampling of girls and boys
